Se réapproprier son pouvoir de femme à travers l'apprentissage de certains rythmes africains et amérindiens... Travail émotionnel, créations de rituels, méditations et contact avec la nature.
Chaque femme aura l´occasion de goûter à un moment merveilleux avec elle-même et les autres à travers la magie du tambour et les rituels dont le sauna amérindien. Un moment unique où chacune découvrira une nouvelle facette d´elle-même et une possibilité de guérir des vieilles blessures qui empêchent l´évolution vers le plaisir et le mieux être de chacune.

This workshop (7 days) provide women with the opportunity to rediscover the spirit of the drum and its magic – that magic which draws us to the truths of the soul.
We will explore the drum as a tool through which each woman can reclaim her personal power, find her own rhythm and create her own rituals of passage and transformation.
This workshop is for all woman who would like to explore their emotions through the magic of the drum and find their personal rhythm or “sound” in a joyful and healing environment.
Through or relationship with the four elements (earth, air, fire, water) the use of the drum, breath work and the Goddess sauna, we will create our own rituals of passages and move toward healing old wounds, reclaiming our strength, and taking our place in the work today.
